TOR (Terms of Reference)

Before I was even offered the internship at littlebitoflaw, I was given the Terms of Reference document which you can see above. This document was put in place so that before even having the interview I knew the types of content the client was looking for, based upon the Terms of reference I drew up a brief marking plan which I took to my interviews to give the client a taster of what I had to offer, this would extremely well as he loved my plan/ideas and offered me the job on the spot. From there I went drew up an official plan with more detail which I took to my internship on my first day, where the client Chris and I sat down and went through making sure everything he wanted was included and if he wanted any other changes on the 6th February 2023 the official marketing plan structure was approved for me to start working on.
The first change to the Marketing Plan

On the 20th of February 2023, I received this email from my client asking me to focus more on social media marketing, as well as sending me a completely new plan from what was agreed 2 weeks prior. This was a small setback as I had already been working on the previous plan for 2 weeks, but neither the less I changed the plan around which luckily had some of the same points in so some of the information and data I had already composed could stay.
Final Change to the Plan
Now on the 20th of March 2023, the client, Annabelle (another intern) and I sat down with the client and went through the new ideas which we had come up with to get his opinion. during this process the client then decided that he wanted to bring together his two companies littlebitsoflaw and Law, which I had suggested in April 2023 but said no and rather than focus on their social media as stated in the Terms of reference, he then decided that he wanted me to move off of social media and work on creating him a new website template incorporating both business and the new ideas which were suggested. It was here where I then spoke to the client to inform them that it would not be possible for me to completely design a new website template for him in the last remaining weeks on my internship, but what I could do is make a template homepage so he could see what it would look like, so from here I finished the social media marketing report as well as a template website.
