Marketing Objectives
Within the report I had to construct a set of Marketing objectives, based on the Terms of Reference and approval from the client these were the following objective, over the duration of my Internship due to the
This marketing plan aims to achieve three different goals. The first goal is to grow their engagement increasing Littlebitsoflaws followers to 500 on both Instagram and TikTok within the next 6 months. This will be achieved through posting engaging content at the recommended times.
The second goal is to increase the number of referrals from littlebitsoflaw to law with the aim of referring a minimum of 5-10 cases in the next 6 months, this will be done my increasing the number of posts on littlebitsoflaw social media platforms but also to expand into external marketing using flyers, and business cards placed in strategic locations.
The third and final goal is to grow the clients and revenue within Law, for this to be achieved Law will need to be advertised both online and offline using social media platforms and their website as well as offline using posters, business cards and flyers.
Demographics

One of the biggest sections of the marketing report was conducting research and analysing different demographics including littlebitsoflaw social platform demographic as well as the different demographic on each social media platform.
I analysed littlebitsoflaw social media demographics through their Instagram and TikTok analytics as I changed all of their social media accounts to business accounts so I could view their metrics. By using their Instagram analytics I was able to track the days and times in which their followers were most active, from this information I then created a graph (as you can see above) and highlighted their highest engagement time and recommended that they posted within certain time frames so they could target their audience when they were most active.
Recommendations, Implementation & Analysis
The most challenging section of the marketing report was coming it with recommendations which would best benefit littlebitsoflaw, implementing the recommendations and then analysing the recommendations.
Some of the recommendations which were suggested were.
Using Annabelle ( the law intern as seen in the photo ) to record and create content to see if there is a better response when information is being provided by someone within the target audience demographic.

Partnering with local businesses such as funeral homes/directors and housing agencies to have the littlebitsoflaw flyers and business cards in their store and if customers have any questions regarding the five areas of law that they cover they refer them to have a look at littlebitsoflaw.
Posting new TikTok and Instagram posts utilising a range of the most used hashtags relating to that area of law to see if there is an increase in views, likes, comments, shares and saves.

When it came to the implementation of not just these recommendations but all of my recommendations, my client had great difficulty in accepting and implementing the recommendations. Although he loved the recommendations and said he was going to implement them when it came time to implement them, he would continue to push it back saying he will get around it to. This happened throughout the entirety of the placement, so when it came to the end where I was to analyse and measure the success of the recommendations as he only implemented the hashtag one a few days before the end of the placement I was unable to complete an analysis.
